Thursday, on january 15 we have invited Illuminatics, the winners of last years competition, to host a developer night to help people get started on game development. The event will be hosted in Trondheim. To get the most out of the presentation it is recommended to have a good understanding of object oriented programming.
The tutorial of the night will be given in C++ using Illuminatics’ own framework, but you can also get support on other frameworks and languages. You will be guided through installation of the tools you need (freeware), and you can follow the tutorial from both Linux and Windows. Just remember to bring your laptop and a creative mind!
The theme of the night is programming, but we also hope people with other backgrounds will participate and share what you know.
